Meet Max: Our Mascot
Our mascot Max is a 4-year-old lab/boxer cross. He's an active boy with a full-time job as the head of Special Customer Relations at the Igo Store!
Max and his family live adjacent to the store in the tiny hamlet of Igo, about 15 miles west of Redding. Igo (pronounced I-Go) is a special place in the mountains.
Max has been wearing his beaded collar for three years. Once, when he and his schnauzer buddy Toby got into a tussle, some of the beads came loose. Max's collar came back for a free repair job and he's been wearing it ever since. That's why we guarantee our work--if the beadwork is damaged, send it back and we'll fix it for free--because we know that no matter what, dogs will be dogs!
Our Guarantee
Our art collars are created using only the finest Japanese seed beads and Czech glass beads, and monofilament for strength. Most of the collars can be worn in water without damage.
The collars are durable and sturdy so that even active outdoor dogs can wear them for years.
But we understand that dogs will sometimes be dogs. So if the beadwork on your dog collar is damaged within the first year, just return it to us and we'll fix it free. (After the first year, we'll repair it for a modest fee.)

Meet Tuki
Tuki is a 2-year-old (we think) chocolate lab who was found wandering country roads without a collar. After many weeks of looking for her original owners, our neighbors adopted her as their newest pack member.
She's an active outdoor dog who loves to hike and swim in her pond, but she sometimes needs a little reminder.
That's why her mom chose the semi-choke collar (see our gallery), which gets a dog's attention without cutting off the air supply.
Tuki wears her collar nonstop and it's still as beautiful as the first day she put it on.
